I enjoyed the hotel's proximity to shops and eateries. The staff was polite. The duplex room was perfect for a family. The large hotel had spacious rooms. I found the lobby very attractive. The breakfast was one of the best!
The walk to town is a little difficult since there is no footpath.

The housekeeping personnel was very helpful. Reception were great too arrange transport. I was impressed that one team member came in on their day off to assist. It showed great dedication.

The pools are divided into distinct areas. The hotel had three warm pools on different levels! These pools included features such as toboggans and cascades. I loved the silent pool.

The room had a nice balcony. the hotel features three swimming pools with varying depths. i found a water slide suitable for both kids and adults. the location is near restaurants and shops. This made exploring convenient.
The hotel is slightly away from the main street. I needed to be cautious of traffic.

The breakfast offered a lot of variety and tasted good. It had well prepared and tasty items. The pool area featured multiple swimming pool models and a water slide. The pool bar seemed active within the pool area.
I found that the comfort wasn't great. This affected the overall quality of the stay. I received no compensation for this inconvenience.

i found the staff very polite and helpful they accommodated our request to be near the pool and elevator. the breakfast had a good variety of food my family enjoyed it. the swimming pool facilities were nice with different models and a water slide.
